Our FAA Part 107 certified drone pilots fly a professional drone over your property, capturing hundreds of high-resolution images from multiple angles. These are processed into a centimeter-accurate 3D model of your entire roof — every shingle, vent, flashing, and edge. The model is timestamped and archived as your pre-storm baseline. After a storm, we repeat the process and generate a side-by-side comparison report showing exactly what changed.

How does pre-storm documentation help my insurance claim? ▼

The #1 reason insurance companies deny roof claims is "pre-existing damage" — they claim the damage was already there before the storm. Without documentation, it's your word against their adjuster's. What happens after a storm hits my area? ▼

Our monitoring system detects the weather event at your specific address and immediately sends you an alert with details (hail size, wind speed, duration). For Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers, we schedule a post-storm drone flight to document any damage. Storm Guard (Tier 3) customers get preferred scheduling — first in line after every storm, before adjusters get backlogged with claims across the metro.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll pro-rate the difference. Many customers start with Tier 1 monitoring and upgrade to First Response or Storm Guard after seeing how active DFW's storm season can be. We also see homeowners who start with a One-Time Assessment and then add monitoring once they understand the value of ongoing protection.
